newly renovated hotel was clean, the location was particularly good and incredible. all of the staff were extremely helpful. enjoyed food selection, meals were good and they have plenty of options.

I had a wonderful stay at a gem of a hotel. the staff at Port were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. the hotel was impeccably clean and the location was very central, just a short walk to the beach and close to the old town area. I always felt safe in and around the area. the food at the hotel, while not gourmet, was wholesome and a good value for money.

The staff here were friendly, and we enjoyed having a guest room with a balcony, terrace, and daily air conditioning.

The hotel's location is ideal, being close to the beach and in the heart of the vibrant Old Town. It is also conveniently situated near bars, restaurants, and shops. the rooms are fairly clean and the beds are comfortable.

The staff's limited English proficiency and lack of attention towards non-Spanish guests can be frustrating.

I had a fabulous time at this hotel, filled with great experiences and exceeded expectations. The highlight of my stay was the amazing food in the restaurant. There was a wide variety of choices for everyone, and the quality was exceptional. The head waiter was very attentive, making sure all the guests were well taken care of. The cleanliness of my room was impeccable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the ample space in the wardrobe with plenty of hangers. The balcony was a major bonus as it was three times larger than usual, providing a great spot to relax. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Port Fleming for a few days. Great fresh variety of food with plenty of choices. Fatima, the domestic lady, did a great job. The location was perfect - not too close to loud places but still close to small shops and the beach. The staff was nice, helpful, and spoke basic English. The beds were comfortable and there were 2 beds together instead of one. The staff was easy going and accommodated my requests. The hotel had a small swimming pool on the roof with a great view. The rooms were located in clusters, ensuring privacy.
